Terms and Conditions

Zeecon Wireless Internet shall provide internet services to the customer as per the terms of this agreement. By use of the service provided by Zeecon Wireless Internet, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions in full.

Zeecon Wireless Internet shall not be responsible for any loss of data incurred by the customer while using the internet services provided.

Zeecon Wireless Internet does not guarantee uptime and shall not be liable for any interruptions or outages in the internet service provided.

The customer shall use the internet services provided in a lawful manner and shall not use the services to engage in any unlawful activities, including but not limited to copyright infringement, hacking, and spamming.

Zeecon Wireless Internet reserves the right to suspend or terminate the customer's internet services in the event of a breach of this agreement.

The customer shall not resell or redistribute the internet services provided by Zeecon Wireless Internet to any third party.

Zeecon Wireless Internet shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the internet services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, and loss of data.

The customer shall be responsible for any charges incurred while using the internet services provided by Zeecon Wireless Internet.

Zeecon Wireless Internet reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this agreement at any time, without prior notice.

The customer shall indemnify and hold Zeecon Wireless Internet harmless from any claims or damages arising out of the customer's use of the internet services provided.

Zeecon Wireless Internet shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the customer as a result of any security breaches or hacking attempts.

The customer shall be responsible for ensuring that their devices are adequately protected against viruses, malware, and other security threats.

Zeecon Wireless Internet shall not be responsible for any damage incurred by the customer as a result of any third-party software or services used in conjunction with the internet services provided.

The customer shall not use the internet services provided by Zeecon Wireless Internet to engage in any activities that may cause harm or disruption to Zeecon Wireless Internet's network or infrastructure.

Any installation provided by Zeecon Wireless Internet does not cover or include setup of your router, computers, or other devices. These are the responsibility of the customer. Installation does not include inside wiring.

The customer agrees to allow Zeecon Wireless Internet and its agents entry to the customer premises for the purposes of broadband testing and installation or removal of equipment upon termination.

Zeecon Wireless Internet reserves the hours from midnight to 5:00am for system maintenance without prior notification. Furthermore, Zeecon Wireless Internet and its agents reserve the right to bring any portion of the network down for emergency servicing whenever deemed necessary without prior notice to the customer.

The customer agrees to ensure that Zeecon Wireless Internet is informed of all changes to their email address, phone number or billing address in a timely fashion.

Billing and notices will be provided via Zeecon Wireless Internet's website and email, unless otherwise arranged. Zeecon Wireless Internet is not liable for any damage resulting from the failure to receive notices. Charges and fees are still due regardless of notice receipt, as long as it is indicated within the customer portal.

The customer shall be responsible for paying all charges and fees associated with the internet services, including any applicable taxes and surcharges, by the due date indicated upon invoicing or statement. In the event of non-payment, Zeecon Wireless Internet reserves the right to suspend or terminate the internet services.

Customers requesting service cancellation must do so prior to the start of the next billing period. All cancellations will take effect at the end of the billing period during which Zeecon Wireless Internet was notified of the customer’s cancellation request. Zeecon Wireless Internet does not participate in partial service period refunds.

Zeecon Wireless Internet may terminate the internet services immediately upon any breach of the Terms of Service by the customer, including but not limited to non-payment of charges and fees or violation of acceptable use policies. Zeecon Wireless Internet shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the customer as a result of such termination.

Zeecon Wireless Internet shall be responsible for the warranty, ownership, and maintenance of Zeecon Wireless Internet's customer premises equipment (CPE). Zeecon Wireless Internet shall not be liable for any damage or losses incurred by the customer's equipment while it is connected to Zeecon Wireless Internet's CPE. The customer shall be responsible for ensuring that their equipment is compatible with Zeecon Wireless Internet's CPE and shall be liable for any damage caused to Zeecon Wireless Internet's equipment or network by the malfunction or misuse of their equipment.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Zeecon Wireless Internet and the customer and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
